What is your shipping policy for international orders?
SHARP Knife Shop ships worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Do you offer professional sharpening services?
Yes, we provide professional whetstone sharpening services for all kitchen knives. You can visit our retail location or use our mail-in sharpening program available on our website.
Can I put my knives in the dishwasher?
No, we strongly advise against putting any professional-grade knives in the dishwasher. The high heat and harsh detergents can damage the handle and dull the blade's edge prematurely.
What is your return policy for unused products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on knives that have been used or sharpened by the customer.
Are your knives covered by a warranty?
All our knives come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper maintenance.
