At SHARP Knife Shop, we stand behind the quality of our cutlery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new knife doesn't feel right in your hand, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully secure the knife in its original blade guard and box, ensuring it is padded well to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the item back to our main workshop for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our master bladesmiths verify the item is in original condition, we will process your full refund or ship out your chosen exchange item within 3-5 business days.
